Our Boats

Our 24 ft Party Barge. with a 90 horse 2 stroke Yamaha. A fun cruiser for a

larger group. (on the left).

...and this one is our 26 foot Sea Ray cabin cruiser. I call it the "Little Stinger", powered by a

Chevrolet 350.

A view of the cabin looking forward includes small dining table, sink, refrigerator,

stove, bathroom and aft is a full size bed.

This is our 26 Foot Silverton, which was re-painted and bottom job completed to keep in

our slip in Port Aransas by my boat partners John Stone and his newphew Lonnie.

John & Lonnie have worked very hard on this boat, working on its twin 350

chevy engines, paint & detail  job, wiring, remodeling the inside cabin,

electronics and more.

This is our new 21 ft Hydra Sport with a 200 hp 4 stroke Yamaha. Great for

bay fishing and offshore fishing when the water is calm.

On Nov 20th, 2007 I took this 1983 Bayliner (model is called a 3870 Motoryacht) for it's sea trial.

This boat is furnished with a living area,  a galley, a bathroom including a shower

and tub, 2 bedrooms with full size beds, a captains lounge on the fly deck, a whole lot of sun

bathing and dolphin watching area on the front deck, plus a small swim deck on the rear of the

boat.  It is equipped with 2 diesel engines (Yanmars), a diesel generator, and 3 separate marine air

conditioning systems. Almost everything needed for a complete holiday on the coast.

The on board navigational equipment includes two sonar's (depth devises),  

two GPS console tracking systems, 2 marine radio's and a nautical radar system.

A shot from the fly bridge before we left. Then after the sea trial, I transferred

"Family Time" to Port Aransas.

With twin diesels she runs pretty smooth and a comfortable cruising speed about (21 mph) .  At

this pace it took me just a little over an hour to transfer her from S Corpus Christi Bay to her new

slip in  Port A.

This is me with my Brother Jerry and his wife Dona, on the Bayliner coming back into

the harbor from a short cruise 05/01/10.

Backing int the slip is finally getting to be a small chore (not perfect but smaller...lol)

I am trying to get myself set up and adjusted for a south wind (to my left) and back into my slip

which will be to my right.  

I sure didn't win any prizes for decorating, but what else did I have to do?
