About Me
Did you know the Bible says we cannot earn our way to heaven, that there is no good deed or deeds we can accomplish to assure our eternity with our heaveny father? We are all born sinners and fall short of the Glory of God? Then what must a person do or believe to be saved?
Romans Chapter 10: Verse 9 through 10 says:
That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.
What a simple thing to do in prayer that will change your life and secure your enternal soul with the Lord and our Father in Heaven!
As I mentioned, originally I am from Farmington New Mexico. Prior to Law Enforcement I began a career in the restaurant industry, there. I soon became a stock holder in a very successful franchise that was national as well as international. I spent 2 years in San Juan Puerto Rico developing this franchise there. I eventually moved back to the U.S. (Texas) where I decided to sell my interest and pursue a more interesting and rewarding career in law enforcement. I graduated from a law enforcement academy in 1983 and have continued in that direction since.
It was during my early career I became interested in the study of Hypnosis and especially Investigative Forensic Hypnosis. Forensic Hypnosis has proven itself a very useful tool for Law Enforcement in assisting to solve very serious criminal offenses and cases where leads were few or none. I have included some useful information on hypnosis in the More Information page.
In January of 2002, I decided to purchase a well established and reputable training company ( Classen Buck Seminars, Inc.) that I have done business with since I was a patrolman. This company was started in 1988 by Marion Hoy, (a former Dallas officer) and is now one of the largest distance education companies for police officers in the U.S. We conduct over a 100,000 contact training hours a year. I had utilized this company in my early career to further my own continuing education and accomplish my on going mandated training.
As the former Chief of Police for the Texas State Technical College in Waco, Tx., acquiring Classen Buck Seminars allowed me to extend our training budget by saving replacement hours and travel cost for our police officers.
My personal goal is to keep adding state of the art training courses for law enforcement across the country and internationally. I have found that law enforcement personnel are the greatest customers a business can have. There is a high standard of ethics and courtesy that seem to be an inherent trait in this profession.
Thanks for visiting my personal site on the web!
